What is Sacred Pause Sangha
Sacred Pause Sangha is a weekly gathering devoted to slowing down and listening inward. It’s a place to step out of the constant pull of doing and return to a steadier rhythm—one that supports your nervous system, your body, and your heart.
Rather than pushing for change, we practice creating the conditions where clarity, healing, and self-trust can naturally arise. Through seasonal wisdom, simple ritual, and embodied reflection, we allow life to meet us where we are.
This is not about escaping the world.
It’s about learning how to remain grounded within it—steady in the midst of movement, rooted in what truly matters.
A Space to Listen, Not Rush
Sacred Pause Sangha exists because so many of us have learned how to endure—but not how to receive.
We move quickly. We hold it together. We keep going, even when our bodies are quietly asking for something different.
This space is an invitation to slow the pace just enough to hear what’s true beneath the noise.
Here, we practice attention rather than striving.
We listen through the body, through the seasons, through the quiet language of the nervous system.
This is where insight is gently woven into daily life—through ritual, reflection, and rhythm—so it can be lived, not just understood.

What We Explore Together
Each month in Sacred Pause Sangha is guided by the rhythms of nature and the wisdom of the body. Rather than following a rigid curriculum, we move in a way that is responsive, seasonal, and alive.
Together, we explore:
Seasonal rhythm & Ayurveda
Learning how the qualities of each season affect the nervous system, digestion, energy, and emotional landscape—and how to work with those shifts instead of pushing against them.
Plant wisdom & simple ritual
Gentle introductions to herbs, teas, oils, and rituals that support the season, offered in ways that feel accessible and grounding rather than overwhelming.
Embodied practices
Meditation, Yoga Nidra, breath, sensory practices, and reflection—designed to help the body feel safe enough to soften and listen.
Integration into daily life
Small, realistic ways to bring what we touch in circle into the rhythm of your week, so insight becomes something you live—not something you carry in your head.
This is not about doing more.
It’s about remembering what happens when you slow down enough to receive.
Who This Space Is For
Sacred Pause Sangha is for those who sense there is another way to live—one that doesn’t require constant effort, self-improvement, or holding everything together.
It’s for those who are tired of moving at a pace that no longer feels natural, and who long for a rhythm that supports both strength and softness.
This space may be for you if:
You feel the pull to slow down, but don’t know how to begin
You’re drawn to Ayurveda, ritual, or seasonal living in a grounded way
You’re navigating change, transition, or a quiet inner reorientation
You want practices that meet real life—not another list to keep up with
You value depth, presence, and community over performance or fixing
You don’t need to arrive with clarity.
You don’t need to be “ready.”
You simply need a willingness to pause—and to listen.
How it Works
Sacred Pause Sangha is designed to fit into real life—without pressure, performance, or falling behind.
Each month includes:
A live monthly gathering (60 minutes)
A gentle, guided circle to settle the nervous system, reflect on the season, and reconnect with what’s essential. Come live when you can, or receive the replay.
A seasonal theme
Each month is guided by the rhythms of nature—times of shedding, stillness, reawakening, growth, and rest—offering a wider lens through which to understand your own experience.
Plant wisdom & simple ritual
A featured herb, tea, or ritual practice shared in an accessible way—something you can actually bring into your day.
Embodied practice
Meditation, Yoga Nidra, breath, or sensory practices to support regulation, presence, and deep listening.
A steady community space
A place to be witnessed and supported, without needing to explain or perform.
There is no expectation to do everything.
You are invited to take what nourishes you, and leave the rest.

Testimonial
When I read Leslie’s post on Facebook, something in me just softened. It felt so genuine, so raw, so honest and I recognized myself in it immediately. It spoke to that quiet longing I didn’t even fully realize I had… the need for a place to come home to myself. A place where I could just be, without pressure, without noise~just peace, acceptance, and a moment to pause.
What Sacred Pause Sangha has given me is hard to fully put into words, but I feel it every time I show up. Being on the calls, especially live, is incredibly powerful. Even when I go back and listen to the recordings, the guided meditations take me somewhere deeper—into stillness, into nature, into my body. I don’t just hear them, I feel them. My nervous system feels it. There’s a calm that settles in that I didn’t even know I was missing.
But more than anything, it’s the safety I feel in Leslie’s space that has changed me. I feel truly seen. Truly heard. Truly valued. There’s no judgment, no needing to explain myself a certain way—it reminds me so much of being in an AA room. I can say anything, exactly as I am, and know it will be met with understanding and compassion. That kind of space is rare, and it’s deeply healing.
Over these past three months, something inside me has shifted in a way I didn’t expect. I’m not questioning myself the way I used to. My intuition is starting to come through more clearly—in my dreams, in quiet moments, in what feel like downloads—and for the first time, I’m trusting it. I’m not constantly looking outside myself for answers. Leslie has helped me see that what I’ve been searching for has been within me all along. And when that truly lands… there’s a confidence that comes with it that feels steady and real.
The biggest realization for me has been around my nervous system. I didn’t even know there was another way to live. I was so used to being in a constant state of fight or flight that it just felt normal. Sacred Pause gave me the space to actually notice that—and then to pause. And those two things alone—awareness and pause—are changing everything for me.
We live in such a fast, demanding, and often overwhelming world. Having a space like this… a space that gently invites you back to yourself… it feels like a gift. And I am so, so grateful for it.
