The IIC is a comprehensive 90-minute holistic assessment of your health & well-being. This discussion with you goes through your primary concern for your visit & also any imbalances or symptoms you are currently experiencing.
Your Ayurvedic constitution will be assessed by looking deeply into long-term patterns in the body & mind as well as your current conditions.
The ROF is typically one week after the IIC. Here your findings will be shared about your Ayurvedic constitution (prakruti), & your current state of imbalance (Vikruti).
A treatment plan will be presented that determines both short & long term goals to assist you on your journey back to balance, health & well-being.
